Mid-Week Morning Hatha Flow
Join us for a morning mid-week reset. We begin class with silent meditation as everyone arrives, followed by a 45-50 minute flow and 5-10 minutes for journaling or silent meditation as a class. Hatha yoga is focused on alignment and breath cues that cultivate mindfulness, strength, and balance.
