Gather with Allie and Grace under the new moon for a total body reset, tending to the many layers of your being. This offering is a circuitous meditation using the tools of Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Sound Bathing, and Visualization to replenish the mind, body, spirit, and beyond.

Bring a journal, a blanket, something to cover your eyes (eye mask, scarf, etc.), a pillow, and anything comfy and supportive for this mediation where you will be reclined in savasana for the majority of our time together. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.
Tea and snacks will be served after the meditation, followed with quiet journaling and reflective discussion.
